As the New Year of 2026 approaches, some international students remain on campus during the winter break due to various reasons, leading to a relatively monotonous campus life.

To celebrate the arrival of the New Year, enrich the extracurricular lives of international students who stay on campus, break the lifestyle of "heads-down people" and "otaku", and build a platform for face-to-face communication between international students and teachers, in order to enhance mutual understanding and trust between teachers and students, and create a warm and joyful New Year atmosphere, this New Year talent show for international students is specially organized.

The event was held in Room 501 of Dushi Building on the afternoon of February 3, 2026. Participants included international students of the 2023, 2024, and 2025-intake from the School of Civil Engineering and Surveying Engineering, who will stay on campus during the winter vacation , as well as the class advisors for the three grades: Gao Zhiyi, Zhang Chunhua, and Zhu Longji.

The event features a variety of activities, including a choral rendition of "Jasmine", a fun knowledge quiz, a game of "musical chairs", solo vocal performances, dances, and more. The event was richly arranged, enhancing the bond between teachers and students. Together, we spent a delightful afternoon before winter holiday.
